Really nice local pool, friendly staff. Reasonable prices, and warm water for babies/toddlers too. An asset to wem!
Very clean and although the pool is not over large the water was warm and everyone was extremely pleasant, I have used it twice in my first week and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
Basic but certainly great teachers who encourage the children to there best abilities my daughter loves attending
My daughter started going swimming lessons here about 5 weeks ago. She absolutely loves it. Staff are friendly and although facilities are basic, it does the job. I also signed up to a membership which is well worth it.
Both my boys are learning to swim here, Karen and the team are amazing they go above and beyond. Tom who teaches my one child in stage one is great with him and reassures him all the way. My eldest has progressed and his confidence in the water has grown thanks to these guys.
My son had his first lesson here this afternoon. He enjoyed it and the staff were friendly and encouraging. Changing room and toilet facilities could be better as very hot and basic with only 3 curtained change rooms and a small area with wooden bench and lockets.
Took my daughter here today for the tots swimming session, its a lovely little pool, nice and warm and the changing area is adequate enough. I haven't used the gym facilities but from what I've seen it looks great for a quick workout. The staff were friendly and the place overall is great.
The place is clean and the kids love the time of day when they get all the floats out. It is pretty basic - only 3 cubicles to change in the ladies, and the showers are extremely close together with no dividers so can't really use while someone else in using them. Saying that the price is really reasonable so you don't really mind.
Am glad that we have a local swimming pool and gym facilities. Always great service from the staff. Thank you.
LET'S WISH THEM WELL IN LOCKDOWN CLOSURE AND SUPPORT THEM WHEN THIS LOVELY LOCAL FACILITY GETS GOING AGAIN. STAY SAFE WEM. Open and well adapted as can be to these difficult times. Options for exercise in the pool or the gym. Limited numbers,pre booking by phone call only and a requirement to be prepared to adapt to minimise or avoid use of changing rooms and showers. Cozzies on under and bag for outerwear kept poolside. Pat dryish, dress and leave with wet cozzies on. TOP TIP Take a carrier bag to cover car seat and wash at home.
