Story

Welsh Hot Tubs is a family run business located on the outskiirts of Aberystwyth and we provide our services throughout Wales. Our main event of the year is the Royal Welsh Show. Our professional experienced team are happy to speak either English or Welsh and welcome you to one of Wales' largest showrooms. Please call to make an appointment before making the journey.

Initially I rang and asked if they could assist with moving a hot tub and a serviceHot Tub not brought from them they were happy to assist and asked for video and photos which was sent. I then contacted them asking for a price, which they responded saying they will by COB, and apologised for delay because they were busy, which you can appreciate this time of year, however, after waiting and waiting for them to give a price I’ve found it elsewhere. I’m sure there sales team are great, but in this instance I’ve found them quite poor and promising the world but actually get nothing. Shame business is business.
Fantastic service from start to finish, Gareth and Mac for installation and fantastic knowledge , thanks to Ben for answering our questions so quickly , Steve, Eleri and the team are definitely a 5 star plus company, would recommend them , thank you.
Absolutely SUPERB service from start to finish. Honestly I can't praise Steve and his team for all the help support and advice they gave us. Admittedly there are cheaper brands out there, but with Welsh Hot Tubs you get he support and service you need with a major purchase like this. I would have no hesitation in recommending Welsh Hot Tubs to anybody in the market for a hot tub. They get five stars as a team & company, there wasn't a single issue or problem at any point from initial contact to final commissioning and on going support.
An excellent company. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve. He even arranged with a previous customer to view their installation whilst en route to the showroom. Always answers his email promptly.
