Great food and great prices. Look out for the specials! Everyone is always friendly, cheerful and helpful and the quality is fantastic. Portion sizes are very generous but I find that a positive. When it's busy it can be a bit of a wait, which is the only negative I can say about it but as it's out of their control mostly I can't give less than a 5 star rating

Excellent fish and chips ( winner of a lot awards) a little smaller portions than a few other chip shops , but the taste is great .

The second best chip shop in town after Cecil Street Chip Shop. If you ever need a Police Officer, they can often be seen parked outside Wellies, stuffing their porcine faces.

Pre ordered 2 x cod, 1 large chips and 2 small mushy peas for collection. £18.95, robbery at that price. Cecil Street chippy much better, and cheaper!.
