Go here often with family, always found it clean and the service has been good, as is the food. They have changed their system whereby you now pay before the meal, I was a bit dubious of this at first because always prefer to pay after the event for obvious reasons. However we have used this system a few times now and it has been fine. The kids love it too and the place is very family friendly. There is a car park on site and we have always been able to find a space, but I could see it getting full on busy occasions. Additionally, the place is warm inside, which makes for a pleasant eating experience, unlike some other well known chain restaurants that are so cold you need an overcoat, scarf and gloves to be able to stay inside....

Good for a quick bite. They have the new order at till system here which seemed far easier that at table. Kids love ut, especially the ice cream machine. Reasonable value.

It's been a while since I have visited a pizza hut and many things have changed in this time. You no longer get table service per se as in you now place your own order at the till, your food is delivered to the table though. The food quality is as steady as always and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. They keep the menu up to date with many varieties of stuffed crusts.

Not exactly what I expected, have had better service at other franchised restaurants. Ordered main and sides before desserts but paid for it all at the same time to find out that they didn't have either of the desserts we wanted after we'd already eaten the rest. They did refund the money however it was not good enough. If you've got a dessert on your menu you haven't had for weeks then it shouldn't still be on the menu or you could at least make customers aware - there was nothing else I could eat on the menu.

Went to pizza hut tonight and ask for a table for three, only to be told we have to wait 15 minutes for a table. There were many tables free and when asked about them, we were told they are for two or more than three people and they can't let us use it in case they have other customers coming in that will require them . On top of all, they had no reservations for those tables and was hoping for customers to come. I would think that three customers are better than none. So pizza hut, what happened to your level of customer service?????
