The worst chemist I've ever used. The senior pharmacist is fine, but the serving staff are disinterested, seemingly unmotivated and for the most part rude. There is an air of 'I have my job because of somebody else' with several of the staff members as they are either really poorly trained of completely unsuited to working there.

This place just get worse. We always picked up our prescriptions from the surgery and went elsewhere to fill it. By mistake the surgery sent my prescription here. My wife went yesterday and they hardly filled 1/4 of my medication. She was told the rest would be here today. Went in today and told no, next Tuesday!! My wife was clearly annoyed and they asked her to hold on. Guess what, they mysteriously filled my prescription. Do not use this pharmacy!!

Been going to this chemist for 30 years now . ever since WELL took over it has rapidly gone down hill, perscriptions  have not been made up in the time allocated or they have not got the items in stock,  after last episode with them I will now be going to another chemist.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Stuck up staff and not helpful when it was needed!

Always liked going in this pharmacy but beware they have a new manager she wasn't very polite and then tried to redeem herself by being overly helpful later on in the day.
