I have no idea why so many people complain about this pharmacy. They are great at their jobs, my prescriptions are ready the same day almost every single time - and if I ever need my prescription urgently they do it there and then for me. Fantastic staff and I wouldn't change pharmacies even if I had to.

i have used chemists up and down the country and this is one of the best i have used in terms of staff. They are kind and respectful and seem to attend to folk very quickly, it does get busy for a wee pharmacy sometimes but the staff do their best to get u served promtly.nAlso has 2 dog hooks on wall outside which is helpful.

Bear in mind that you're handling medication for the sick, vulnerable and elderly. You'd think they'd be more helpful, polite and responsive.nnRude, unhelpful and frankly chaotic. I'm surprised no one has died due to their incompetency.

Everytime I ring to ask if my prescription is tready,  it is, or they say pick up, and give me  a specific time. The staff are friendly and professional in their actions each and every time I go there.

Visited 9.15 Friday morning door was locked, 2 staff members in there didn't come to the door. No signage to explain why they were closed.
