Some of the worst customer service I have ever received in a shop. Tried to gain access today after having dioherria, I was left standing in the cold banging on the door with the staff just glancing at me then wandering off.. I banged twice before the final bang when I did it loudly, they turned and frowned at me like I had done something wrong??? Then signed that it was closed... But this is not the first time of poor customer service. I walked in the other day and was waiting at least 10 minutes to get served, I could visably see 3 members of staff who not one of them asked me if I was okay. They just did their own individual tasks, until I said 10 minutes later quite loudly to a lady in the que had she been serve?... For someone to come over and serve us. I've not been greeted by such rude staff for a long while, I will not be returning . There is a lot of pharmacies in Shaw that you are in competition with, you can't afford to be turning down regular business. Very unhappy

I have used this pharmacy since moving to Shaw many years ago and they have been professional but caring. I am not as mobile as I used to be and they deliver my prescriptions with a smile. I would be lost without them.

Been to collect prescription Sat morning to find shop closed. Well in Royton and Oldham open Sat morn. Other chemists in Shaw open. Could not collect prescription as you are designated chemists. This was a wasted journey and will have to return again to collect needed prescription. Not happy!
