Always use this petrol station and the staff are lovely. I went in tonight and Deb was so kind and helpful. She's amazing. Thank you so much!
Wouldn't normally comment. But after calling in earlier this week I was pleasantly surprised to be warmly welcomed and receive friendly service by a lady called Gill. Rarely these days do garage staff give custmers time of day, but Gill made my day that bit better. You can't buy that kind of personality and I hope her employer appreciates her as much as us customers.
Use this place to collect parcels as well as fuel up. Monday I was asked to step aside whilst the people behind me were served. Today I was 2nd in the queue but told to wait because she had a ‘queue out of the door’, so I’m supposed to wait until the queue has gone to get my parcel. If you can’t supply the service don’t offer it!! Looks like Royton & Tesco will be getting my business now!nn##UPDATE. Came back today for my parcel. Met Husnah excuse the spelling, what a pleasure, a smile great member of staff.
