Prescriptions never ready on time, never answere phone, whole attitude towards customers stinks. I'm inclined to think they've forgotten without customers they would be out of jobs.
Never answer the phone good job I'm not in desperate need of my prescription.
Tried ringing them for 4 days straight with no answer whatsoever and even them putting the phone down
Id like to say its always straight forward to get ur meds sorted here. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. The one with dark hair she knows who she is has a attitude problem I have no end of run ins with her I have heard quite a few people have. Only takes one bad egg to ruin a team. She makes this difficult just to be awkward and rub people up the wrong way. Definitely in the wrong job with this sort of an approach. Far too many times with her now complaint gone in with their head office awaiting a response!
Nothing is to much trouble for them even though its a small shop and some times you have to queue outside the staff are polite and friendly
Absolute joke of a pharmacy tried calling 5 times keeps on ringing no answer
Went for a prescription. Its a small shop so you have to wait out side good service though
