Just waited an hour for a repeat prescription ! Excuse, they’re busy. Staff rude and incompetent. No system in place, that works. This for the last three years, with no improvement. They obviously rely on repeat/convenience business, due to their position Under the surgeries. I will never use this so called business again. When I complained, I was told the head office details are on the wall. Great customer relations. NOT WORTH ONE STAR........MINUS STARS REQUIRED HERE.

Rubbish service phoned at all different times staff don’t answer the phone. Wouldn’t bother if it wasn’t our prescriptions come down from the docs. Staff need to get their act together bad service

Staff are lovely and more than helpful just not anutha staff for how busy it gets and long waits on collecting prescription

Not even worth the star the staff have no manners and put people down discussed as phone was engaged all day I was without my meds as lastnight staff tell the whole chemist about my meds I'm so embarrassed as I was refused them as the doctors had only sent part of my script down and it was on a Thursday thats not my point as I don't get upset but I was brought to tears I will never use this service again

Terrible service, had to queue for 20 mins before I'd even been served to be told that my prescription wasn't there because they had "forgot " to send my repeat to the doctor's. I then went back for it later after having to go into the doctors to sort it myself, and waited for 45 mins to be then asked by a confused pharmacist what I was waiting for because my prescription had not been passed to her by the woman on the desk!!! I wasn't the only one having problems either most of the people who were waiting in there were having similar issues.
