Disgraceful service and made to feel like a mug! After handing in my slip I was told to “take a seat quickly and I’ll just check first to see if we have stock and then we can process”.. one entire effing hour later after watching 15+ people come in and out, they shout across to me to ask what I’m waiting for, only to be told “oh yeah I tried shouting that, it’s out of stock” ... effing brilliant effort, so where am I supposed to get my 10 month old babies non allergy milk from?! Congrats on your 1 star you bunch of choffs if only I could give negative points - I am furious as this isn’t the first time.

Terrible.....People who are buying of the shelf have to wait in the queue behind everyone getting there prescriptions.  Today the queue was outside the door.  No signs directing you to wait in a certain area so people everywhere.  This is not an effective way to run a busy chemist.  Be warned that if you want to use this chemist be prepared to queue forever!!!!!   Don't waste your time, go to a chemist that isn't next door to a doctors surgery.
