Received my new bowling shoes yesterday. Super happy with them. A long delay after ordering caused by transport issues Shotbowl were excellent at keeping me updated, changing my delivery address part way through the order. 2nd time I’ve used them and will be back!
Last Friday we were participating in a school event. We called Richard on Monday and by Thursday we already had two packs of branded pens to take to the school for the kids. The design was presented to us for approval at first, and the colours and quality turned out to be great. We are very grateful to have an order, which would normally take 2 weeks to turn around, be complete in such a timely fashion.
Ordered a set of tiger II after talking to Michelle, who was very helpful and received my Bowls today, couldn't ask for better service. I will definitely be using Shotbowl Ltd for other Bowls equipment. Kind regards David
I had the most wonderful customer service experience from Debbie,as a beginner to bowls i called for advice on purchasing bowls. Debbie asked lots of questions relating to me and bowling she didn't push the sale of bowls,her priority was ensuring i understood the types/ play of bowls to help me make an informed choice. I don’t publish reviews, but on this occasion I felt the service I received deserved comment. I ordered a Taylor bowls trolley bag online from Shotbowl, having been told by others that they were out of stock and unavailable. The next day I received a phone call from Shotbowl saying there may be a short delay as Taylor’s had been out of stock, but that this had been resolved and I could expect delivery within a week. I received an email later that day confirming that delivery would be made the following day just 2 days after ordering - apparently Shotbowl had received a late delivery and had turned it round straight away. Sure enough, Parcelforce arrived within the one-hour time slot and I am delighted with the trolley bag. Well done Shotbowl and Parcelforce!
Shotbowl recently supplied us with some branded technical T-shirts for 3-5-year-olds. The team at Shotbowl were incredibly supportive throughout the process, discussing the various materials and processes to allow us to best understand the outcomes of the different options. The finished T-shirts are fantastic - they were competitively priced and the turnaround times were impressively quick, too. Thank you.
Showed no interest in my custom at all. I called to enquire about a particular kind of bowl advertised on the website, it in fact says to call beforehand to check stock, and I was told by a lady on the telephone that it wasn't in stock. No problem. Being desperate for a set of bowls, I then asked 'do you have any other bowls for sale?' and the only word spoken was 'no'. No warmth, no pep and no real desire to help - I received a simple 'no'. I ended the call with a 'have a great day' and went elsewhere. I hope your calls are recorded.
I have used Shotbowl for the last 4 years to obtain personalised clothing for my small business. I highly recommend this company! All the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They are efficient, reply to emails and questions promptly, and they are reliable. The products are excellent value for money, whilst at the same time being good quality. They supported me in using my company logo beautifully, whilst being flexible and advising where necessary. Fantastic team! Thank you so much for the great service you provide.
