Awful. Rude unhelpful staff who frequently give wrong information to customers. Even basic pharmacy items like toothpaste or deodorant are either not there at all or very poor selection. 'Well' Pharmacies give terrible customer service. Go elsewhere if you possibly can.
Terrible, made me feel like I was an inconvenience . At least this time it was open after being informed by phone ..open till 6pm , arrived 5.35 closed!!
Disorganised beyond belief, 10 minutes to find a prepared prescription after text received. Another time received text traveled down to be told well yes half is in do you want that or wait until prescription is filled later and we send you another text??? What's going on!
Just plain rude! ! 3 members of staff walked past me before I eventually got served. And then no thanks, goodbye, nothing!
Chemist doesn't all ways have what you want
Staff are very helpful some great products at great prices
