Since the days of Doctors Ruell and Bunter who were nothing short of amazing , Nutwood taking over , For me personally it has seen a rapid decline to the bottom of the Pit !! My treatment recently has been absolutely disgraceful and was apparently instigated by the Practise "manager" i feel sorry for the front line staff who mostly have been so helpful , cut adrift with no meds and am frantically looking for a new practise. I will leave it there. one star as i cannot post with none..... DREADFULL
Would just like to thank all the fantastic staff who helped my poorly son whilst on holiday in the area. Reception staff so courteous and accommodating, medical staff excellent. Locals are very lucky to have such a great service.
We needed to see a doctor for our son whilst in Grange on holiday. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful, doctor was great with my son. They managed to accommodate us even though they were very busy that day. Overall, very impressed. Thank you. Only wish our own doctors at home was this good!
Spoke to Liz on reception today - she went over and beyond to help with a emergency appointment - meant we could proceed with IVF at the end of the month. Anne on reception is always so wonderful to chat too also. Thanks both!!
I've only ever had good interactions with this surgery. They are quick, polite and friendly, even during the stressful Covid pandemic. I've found the reception staff are always happy to help where they can. All the doctors are lovely too. Recently needed to contact the surgery for an appointment and used the AskMyGP service on their website. Easy to use and got a call back literally 10 mins after clicking send! Spoke to Dr Allan who was excellent - only expected to spend a quick minute on the phone but he took the time to discuss my problem in detail and organised tests with a clear plan of action at the end. The building and waiting area is light and pleasant with lots of seating. 10/10 would recommend!
Verry disiponted about service.the staff at the front very rude and unhelpful.after waiting in the lounge for 2 hours she said there is no doctors.shamefull but I have seen doctor talking to he's wife on the phone in car park.
Rude reception staff and a extremely ignorant office manageress This excuse for a practice continues to go downhill. Register elsewhere!
