A case of the emperors new clothes. Mediocre baking and very poor coffee jumping on the ‘artisan’ bandwagon (and prices to boot!). Moody service didn’t help things. Amazing that they get away with it really...would not be taken seriously anywhere else.

Customer service is terrible and the coffee awful. Of the two coffees we ordered one was so tepid I had to send it back. The replacement was still cold. I refused to pay for mine and was greeted with a sarcastic "thank you very MUCH." How they remain in business with this attitude is beyond me.

I love this place! The church pews, the rustic feel. The ethics of 'help yourself and pay later' were a liberating surprise. Staff are efficient and straight forward. I have felt welcome throughout my long lunch with book!

The food was good but the staff are unaccomodating and quite rude. Would come again if the breakfast menu was more flexible but not worth it otherwise. Needs to change.
