If you like your pastries sizeable and your service with a smile, then this quaint bakery is the place for you! Eat in or takeaway available. Clean unisex toilet.
I have mixed feelings here.nnIt’s great looking inside, it has a clean & fresh feeling, the items available for purchase are not huge but it’s definitely worth a look & there’s something for everyone.nnI purchased a sausage roll & a jam donut.nnI won’t be returning for a sausage roll, it was very greasy indeed & at £3.50, it was also a whole £1 more than the much more delicious ones sold at Woodford’s just a few yards up the street, trust me, it’s worth the extra few steps for something that’s better quality, better tasting & better value.nnHowever, I will be going back for a jam donut, it was delicious, I just won’t be going back very often, I think £2.50 is way too much.nnI know this is Bembridge, but £6.00 for a sausage roll & a donut, to take away, is pretty extortionate in my humble opinion.
Disappointed as we thought we could get something more substantial than just pastries - Google listing is not up-to-date so no Breakfast and little choice for someone with allergies.nnVery pricey - at £4.10 I paid more for my flat white here than I do at home in Battersea.

Firstly there is no waitress to take your order you need to order your food at the counter. The full breakfast was nothing special when it came out to us it was on cold plates and looked like a car crash. Toast under the poached eggs was burnt one side, free range poached eggs lacked flavour, and not too pleased with staff petting dogs with cuffed sleeves.nOverall I was not that impressed but thats just my opinion which is I hope an honest and hopefully a helpful one. My wife wanted me to add that for £7.25 she expected much better.
