Birthday order from Canada- Ordered birthday planter for my sister.  I ordered late in the day
Plus it was Easter Monday - so not sure if they were open.  Therefore, ordered on-line.
My sisters birthday was the next day so I didn’t expect order to get there in time,  which would of been a pity.
It got to her the next day.  She was thrilled and I was happy.
Order was exactly as shown, and advertised.

I ordered flowers for a birthday. I rang and explained what I wanted. The recipient was delighted and sent me a photo of herself with the flowers and they were EXACTLY what I had asked for. Thanks Welch.

Thank you very much for correcting my order. When I first ordered my flowers for graduation, I ordered a £70 flat bouquet and mainly asked for lilies. When I collected the bouquet, there were no lilies. However, the shop took full responsibility and delivered a bouquet of lilies to my place. I was very impressed with the service and would like to thank you again for taking full responsibly and correcting my order.
