Contacted in the hope of a short notice bouquet to be delivered to my mum & not only where they happy to oblige they did a beautiful job which included my mums favourite flowers & alot of them, excellent quality & all done within 2 hours of my call. THANK YOU so much for making my mum smile :) xx

poor quality customer service, went into the shop and waited at the counter for a large amount of time then when some body arrived from the back of the shop they served me whilst on the phone
