I initially visited Specsavers with my partner to help him choose some new frames, following his eye test. All the staff were very helpful; however, Caitlin, who later helped him in finalising his frame choice, was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Given the positive experience he had had, I went back the following weekend to look at frames for myself. I have worn glasses for the past 30 years and have only ever had my eyes tested and bought my frames from the same local independent optician. But the 2-for-1 offer tempted me to look at your frames. I was with my best mate, and we were again helped by Caitlin. She was again very friendly and very helpful. I ended up buying 3 frames as I couldn't decide between pairs 2 and 3. However, this was in no part due to feeling so at ease with this particular member of staff. After we left, my friend even commented on what a lovely young woman Caitlin is and how helpful she had been. While I will not deviate from where I get my eyes tested, the process of choosing new frames was excellent and made all the better by this particular member of staff. I cannot express what a credit she is to your team, something I shared with the Assistant Manager when I collected my new frames which are great, by the way!. Thank you, Caitlin, what a gem you are. Good luck with your career.
l've been a Specsavers customer for many years. Initially attending appointments at the Maidstone Store for contact lens care but in more recent months, decided to move my eye care to the Tenterden Store for travel convenience.nHappy to report that the service has been exemplary. Having had a recent problem with the fitting and comfort of a new pair of glasses, the issue has now been resolved. Involvement from the Director and his team was undertaken with humour and professionalism. Great to see good ‘people skills’ in an ever evolving world where this is lacking!
I had a very positive experience at Specsavers Tenterden. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Specsavers Tenterden to my family and friends.
Visited Tenterden specsavers, needed new glasses, Maya Mae was so helpful, professional service.. She made the visit easier for me, she was really supportive and friendly. Would definitely recommend Tenterden they are all super friendly and welcoming..
Efficient, friendly service. Staff went over and above to get the right glasses for me even though they weren't standard bifocals. Also helped fit my other glasses. Easy booking and prompt appointments.
