I visited Tenterden Branch today, having had not a great experience ‘across the road’ at V/Express.nI had a V.E prescription but had been so confused with their pricing that I tried Specsavers instead.nSpecsavers were happy to accept the prescription and the customer service could not have been better.nAbigail the Store manager looked after me from the moment I entered until I left, and was obviously passionate about her work, and super patient too - which helps with an indecisive customer such as I !nThe pricing was straightforward and I have left with 2 pairs of similar glasses, for almost £40 cheaper than a single pair at V/Express!nA big ‘shout out’ please to Abigail as she is a credit to her store!
This is a perfect place if your looking to get your eyes tested! The staff are really gentle and very very professional! They are nice and I had an amazing optical assistant on shift, I do not know her name but she had black hair, big circular glasses and I think her name was maye or something!n10/10 would recommend
Excellent experience the staff are very friendly and helpful. The optician was great with my daughters eye test and very patient with me while I asked loads of questions about my issues. I had one of the OCT scans as they were half price and highly recommend them- it was easy and fast to complete and gave a complete view of the health of my eyes. When finished with the tests, I didn't feel rushed into choosing glasses and generally felt well looked after.
I was lucky enough to have been a Customer on day 1 when Specsavers Tenterden opened their doors 2 years ago.nThe friendly and professional service I received then has satisfied me to return again and again to have my eyes tested and buy spectacles.nHats off to manager Agron and his staff!
Excellent customer service from Ben who was fantastic with helping me pick out glasses for the 1st time today. I was completely clueless and he made the experience feel way less stressful. Am coming away happy with the 2 choices that I made with his guidance and looking forward to collecting them in store soon
