My father and I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Richard and all at Weavers following my mothers death. As soon as mum arrived at the Funeral home Richard immediately rang to say she was there and peaceful. Throughout the whole process we knew that Richard and those at Weavers treated her with dignity and respect. More importantly the care and compassion shown to dad was unbelievable. Nothing was too much of a problem. Richard often knew what we wanted without having to be told. I will never forget the kindness shown by Richard, Caroline and everyone at Weavers and I know dad won't either. A truely remarkable service at a sad time from a remarkable family firm. Thank you.

Having called almost every funeral director on the island Richard stood out for being the most empathetic, genuine and professional person I spoke by far. After a brief conversation on the phone it was obvious Weaver Brothers were going to be the right choice for us. Richard was, from start to finish, absolutely like he was from that first call; taking incredible care of the whole family, making everything seamless and ensuring nothing was too much trouble and no question was too silly. He was exceptionally prompt and efficient in answering any and all questions. Being my brothers funeral and making the arrangements on behalf of my family I genuinely feel it couldn't have been better handled by anyone else than Richard. I don't think I could entrust such an important day to anybody else. Despite being such a sad occasion and never wanting to think of what's at the end of the road for all of us, I cannot recommend Richard and his team enough and will most definitely choose to use his company in future.

Richard met with my husband before his death and outlined his somewhat unusual requests, all of which Richard and his team carried out beautifully. Any request I had was handled quickly; on the day of the funeral everyone remarked on what a lovely, dignified and joyous occasion it was. The celebrant, Jonathan Skeet, (recommended by Richard) gave a humorous and moving account of my husband's life; this gave so much comfort to those attending. Never the happiest of occasions, Richard and his team and Jonathan gave my husband the funeral he had planned. First class service from a professional, caring team. My thanks go to all concerned.

When our Aunt died this year we found Richard very kind and helpful. He was able to sort out all our wishes for the funeral and the scattering of her ashes later on. As we live on the mainland it was good to have someone like Richard on the Island keeping us informed of everything we needed to know.

I couldn't recommend Weaver Brothers enough. Nothing was ever too much trouble, went above and beyond. Family run business and truly take pride in the services they provide. Thank you so much
