I visited St.Austell Trespass with a few ideas in mind for a coat. The store manager Jason helped me look at a couple of different ones he thought would be suitable for what I wanted. The one I liked the most wasnt available in my size. Jason said he could transfer one across from another store for me. I needed it by a certain date as it was a gift, he assured me that he could get it across by then. Within a couple of days I went back and he had it in stock. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and will be back again in the future. Thanks for all your help Jason

Jason was so helpful, went above and beyond! The area manager was also present and very helpful allowing us to collect some big boxes from an outdoor area in the car. Fantastic personal service
OK selection of outdoor stuff as far as I can tell. They have some shoes I like reduced, and I'm hoping they'll still be reduced when I get paid. Lots of clothing in there. Didn't notice too many tents. The portable stoves they sell in there and the gas for them are priced higher than, say, B&M, but this is as expected from a "Millets-type" store.
