The worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever!nAll the bad reviews I have seen on this hotel online are true! If we had the chance to book a new hotel on the night we would have but unfortunately we couldn’t. Our door managed to lock from the inside but anyone who wanted to get in from the outside could walk in if they wanted to, which didn’t make sense!! We had to put all the furniture we could against the door to barricade ourselves in just in case. We had barely little sleep due to not feeling safe and also due to the fact that there was a leak coming from the ceiling and we could just hear it constantly hitting the bathroom bin that we placed there and also not to mention the horrendous smell. Smelt like weed mixed with damp, was absolutely awful. There is so much more I can say but I feel like all the other reviews have covered it. So glad to be home, feel like I need 5 showers and a bath to feel clean again!
This is urgent you read this in regards to your safety.nnI checked into this hotel being convinced by the pictures and price it was a decent standing hotel. When I got to my hotel room I noticed the room next to me had been broken into and in my room both beds were completely broken and unable to be slept on. My fire alarm had a bag zip tied over it, the walls were covered in mould causing me to cough, and lastly there was a beam on the ceiling with a deep crack along its whole length making me question if it was structurally sound.nnI have been trying to get a refund from them since and ironically have not been able to get a hold of them.nnDO NOT STAY HERE! I cannot stress this enough.
I've never been so horrified in my life. We've done alot of character building hotels for events but this one truly takes the biscuitnThe hotel was dilapidated the entrance looks okay and then you take in the smellnOnce you've gotten over the smell you see the back of house under construction and that the lovely food menu they sent you is for a restaurant with exposed cables and flooded floornThen we get to the room and this is where the mayhem truly beginsnThe room is soaking like literally the floor is soaking flooded, we then look to the corner of the room and spot the first major mold issue, the black mold covers nearly every corner and stinks. We realise the room is roasting heating on full blast to sort out the the soaking carpet.nYou look around and the walls are falling apart and the lights ripped out of the wall.nI've never seen something quite like this place
Extremely dirty everywhere, random rubbish on the floor in the room and a huge amount of mould on the walls.nnSome key points:nn- fire alarm is covered with a plastic bag, so you basically can smoke in the room if you likenn- light switches were working randomly, either switching all the lights on or off. A bit of an issue if you want to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and have someone sleeping with younn- blinds don’t work at allnn- one towel per roomnn- beds were clean and sheets changednn- staff was friendlynnBudget friendly for one night max if you can handle the dirt and smell.
Disgusted at the service in this place. This hotel has no hygiene at all. The smell is horrific and the condition is disgusting. We went to complain at the desk, the receptionist then used the SAME card she gave to us to use on the other room doors which were all accessed by our room card. This was very disturbing because our card had access to all other rooms. She then showed us a few other rooms which had the same hoffic smell & disgusting condition. When we tried to speak to the manager , he was extremely unprofessional. He did not want to co operate at all & did not take into consideration anything that was said. Shortly after leaving, a few other guest then also walked out experiencing the same. This hotel is horrible, with no hygiene or professionalism at all. We did not receive a refund and trying to communicate with the staff who had very little English did not help either.
