We Fight Any Claim

It is quite unbelievable that this company charge fees of 39% for a service that you can simply do yourself for free. Just contact the bank or credit card company and fill in the appropriate details. Job done!!

Just received a letter from WFAC regarding a loan I did have a few years ago, stating they only required a signature to complete my claim. My advice read all the reviews before you sign. Some interesting reviews. Take care out there.

This company is just rubbish with communication. When I ring for an update on my claims they just say thats under review I will chase that up for you. Seems that I have to ring them to chase my claims up! Please WFAC keep in touch with your customers because your right in there if a claim is won wanting your 35%.

I was not warned that doing this might cost me money, which it did. I informed them that I had a completed DMP a few years ago. My award was £1500. The bank simply opened the account up again and took £1200 and the ppi fee is £500, leaving me £200 out of pocket. There should be a disclaimer, or they should not take on any claim if someone has ever had financial problems in the past. There must be thousands of others caught out and I have e mailed them to say that I was poorly advised or maybe mislead intentially. Of course no reply.

'Do you do anything yourself? Are you your husbands slave?' REALLY?!?! Is this the behaviour you accept at your company. What a disgusting thing to say! If I could give zero stars I bloody would! I hope to god your phone calls are recorded. I am very very annoyed about this! (The polite term) The man who said it should NOT be working with people! God damn disrespectful not just towards my mom but people who have been in domestic violence relationships! NO ONE should be spoken to like this! NO EXCUSE for it! What sort of company employ people like that seriously! I am so glad I was not there when it happened. Thank you very much I've had to pick up the pieces considering my mother has mental health problems! Like you care anyways. My mother would never be disrespectful towards anyone not even to the 'guy' who took her call! This was about a PPI claim, my mom decided with my father not to go ahead with it, that's when he said that disgusting pathetic comment! There will be a complaint made, I expect an apology to my mother not just from the company but from the man who said it in the first place!!! What a disgrace! People like HIM makes me ashamed to be part of the human race! I hope this will be taken seriously, obviously some people need training how to speak to others & show some god damn respect. I will not recommend this company! Especially after that experience. If you want to make a PPI claim, write to the bank you have a loan from plus these guys would take a % out of your claim. I will be taking this further if no apology is made & believe me I dont let things go!
