I reached out to Alex about buying a Nissan Serena from him, and from start of the process all the way through to after the sale he has been great.  I messaged him about 3 weeks before the car war registered in the UK, and as soon as it was registered he was in touch to let me know.  When we arrived to view the vehicle, he was great at keeping our 3 year old daughter occupied whil we looked around the car. He sat and drew pictures with her, which was fantastic customer service.  The vehicle was immaculate, and he took the time to talk about the process older cars go through in Japan.  All in all a really positive experience, and we will definitely come to Alex again when we want another vehicle!
