Dave is an excellent and consciencious mechanic who goes the extra miles to resolve the problems that main dealers can't be bothered to investigate. I will use him for all things VW in the future.

I own two VW's and this has been my garage of choice for about 2 years. Very competent and experienced and fair on prices. Even helping us find a good local body shop after a prang.

This is an excellent garage (how often can one say that?!). Chris and his colleagues have vast experience in Audi/VW cars, finding and fixing problems when main dealers either deny a repair is possible, or needlessly replace whole assemblies when only one component has failed. They have not only expertise, but also patience in explaining what the problem and the solution. Charges are reasonable - and are fully discussed at the outset. Highly recommended.
