Need to review there banding system and look into people's circumstances more as they say band B is classed as a priority but they seem to put anybody into band B so people who are genuine needs have no chance to get a house. I am sharing a room with my 16 year old daughter with health problems for the past 7 months but classed as the same priority as somebody sharing a bedroom with a baby.

this housing association dont care about peoples housing need at all . I was top priority and was told by a wdh officer that i would be offered somewhere as i was high priority .But because i actually put a complaint in on behalf of my auntie they decided to basically punish and decide im not priority now . theyve ignored evidence of my current living situation and conditions and they have chosen to actually ignore this and rehouse people whos waited 3 months in band c which a none priority band and despite me being on their list for 12 years and was top priority in 2016 before they decided they wanted to punish me and blatantly victimise me . My dog has suffered toxic mold poisoning and lost alot of blood through this and i sent evidence of this but yet again they ignored this so i wrote an email asking why they have chosen to treat me in this way but was ignored . basically i am bidding on properties so they can give people who they like these properties . I wrote a complaint via email to wdh and told them i wasnt happy with the way i have been spoken to by the staff and with how they think they can treat people however they want . this wasnt ignore so i sought legal advice from the c.a.b and they said it was discrimination and i was being victimised by wdh . so i wrote another email telling them this only to recieve a letter dated 07/12/2017 basically accusing me of being a racist and that i have told wdh they have discriminated me and victimised me and also stated that anything i write basically will be ignored by wdh . so this is blatantly victimisation . Despite anything you tell them they are not bothered and wouldnt care if you had to live in a dustbin because they only seem to rehouse the people who basically kiss their backsides and whos faces fit and this is beyond a joke as it always seems to be their family and friends basically and this has come from a worker them selves ... wdh do not like been hit with the truth and when they are they start treating you like something off their shoes and they put the fones down on you and when you ring back they tell you if your ringing to complain then their putting the fone down . and choose to ignore any evidence you send them of your current situation and would much rather give housing to people who are in a none priority band and only wait 3 months .... wdh have done this to more then one member of my family and its disgusting when their questioned about this they dont reply and simply think their going to get away with it but they dont realise that people screenshot things and that cameras dont lie and blatantly think that nothing will be done about how they actually treat people how they do . and for them to blatantly lie on their website and state they dont discriminate people . if i remembet correctly one of their ex employees was actually discriminated for displaying a religous cross in his van . so this blatantly proves they tell lies . They will realise one day when this actually happens to them and nobody cares about whats happened to them they wont like it and i wont have an inch of sympathy for any of them with how they have basically treated me and feel for anyone else thats actually suffering at the hand of wdh and the way they neglect your need for housing and blatantly ignore any evidence you show them and i would support anyone that has or is suffering like i am with this housing association that is actually staying they improve lives but they dont they make them hell .

Just wanted to say thanks to wdh, my hubby had a fall and we needed a hand rail fitting on our stairs, I made a phone call and within hours received a call back to say they could do it the next day, more than happy 😊.

WDH = (We Don’t Help) that’s what we’ve found with them. They don’t HELP TO BUY! they have empty new houses on developments on the Help to Buy NEYH but only want families that will struggle to finance and purchase them. Families that can actually purchase a percentage are refused point blank. It’s a scam it shows if you can afford a deposit of 25% to 75% the remaining percentage is paid buy renting but that’s not enough for WE DONT HELP (WDH) they want to fleece each family for more rent percentage so refusing those who have been extremely lucky enough to get some inheritance to try and purchase a home finally are knocked back without an explanation. We have always worked, We pay our taxes, We’ve never signed on in our lives. What do we need to do before they could help us. Kind regards Neil Larkin
