Where there was a bigger problem, of course, they fixed it, but where the wallpaper just fell off the walls because it was wet, no one cared. In the winter, the doors were changed in all the apartments, and no one cared that it was cold in the apartment, because the doors were put up for two days, and for two days the doors were kept open on the outside, because the workers had to walk in and out. Of course, the doors were installed poorly, it was difficult to open and close, because it hit me that the workers were just learning how to do it, and my apartment was like a test Of course, I reported the problem, at least two or three times over the past few months, but no improvements have been made to this day! Now the roof covering of the house where I live is being changed, or something like that, and from the blows that the workers are throwing material at the roof, cracks are forming in the walls cracks, which of course you will have to repair yourself, because the repairs made by the workers are poor quality and sloppy! I went out to ask the workers to work a little more calmly, which they only scoffed at! I pay full rent, like many other tenants, but the quality of the apartments could be much higher for that price! And I think that many tenants will agree with what I wrote!---!Many thanks to the 2 guys who came from Vico Homes and fixed the problem with the apartment door! As it turns out, this organization also has good craftsmen who know and understand their job and do it qualitatively! Honestly, these houses are in pretty bad technical condition, but they are trying. I get angry at other tenants who don't keep their houses, and not only, the surroundings clean! Garbage and papers are thrown on the street. Many dog ​​owners don't consider it necessary to pick up excrement after their animals, and you have to be careful when walking on the streets so as not to step in the manure. But overall, if the tenant himself is interested in keeping his living area tidy and clean, and doesn't litter the area where he lives, then it's not so bad - you can live!

I started rented vico home house on 1st…nI started rented vico home house on 1st of July then on 8th day stripping wallpaper discover rising damp then asbestos tiles to be removed as crumbling from living room and hallway, door frame faulty and door dosnt shut .cracks holes and highly likely structual house problem. Im living in a live construction site- not a home .Breathing damp and asbestos fibres and dust. 2 utility rooms without heating already smells of damp and peeling paint .Stage 2 complaint .Shocking!!!!!!!!

Vico Homes is a total farce. Their ridiculous name is a blatant symbol of their utter incompetence and disregard for tenants. They actively dodge all forms of communication, and when you finally get through, they handle maintenance with breathtaking negligence.nIn a staggering display of stupidity, they refused to remove an enormous tree that has repeatedly destroyed the drain network. Instead, they wasted thousands of pounds of hard-earned rent money on useless, temporary repairs, leading to a catastrophic and completely predictable failure.nDo not, under any circumstances, rent from Vico Homes. They are an absolute nightmare.
monthly rent payment statement Since July 2025, a monthly rent payment statement has not been sent to Universal Credit, which is why my housing benefit has been stopped. I am asking Vico. Homes to send me a report to Universal Credit.
