This agency is the best agency I have come across. My husband and I are more than delighted about they way Gabrielle handled us. Gabrielle went  beyond with empathy and understanding and met our needs all the way. She is such an excellent agent personnel. The last time I called, the receptionist was also extremely nice. I had an amazing experience with W.C. Dawson & Son! Both Gabrielle and Rebecca were amazing and really kind and helpful from the beginning! I have received explanations during the process and I had all my queries answered by them. The process for the rental was fast and everything went well. I couldn’t be more pleased!

The team were friendly, welcoming and helpful. As a first time renter I was nervous and didn’t know much but they were non judgemental and guided me through every step. Very happy with the experience so far.

Excellent service, whole renting process was smooth, staff is really nice and friendly, a special shout out to Gabrielle, she was really helpful and explained everything in detail and questions were welcomed on every stage. I would definitely recommend.

Had a house viewing yesterday and was given a tour by the lovely Gabrielle. She presented herself and the house brilliantly and was a huge help for any questions asked.

They are very patient and very quick at replying to emails and extremely professional and they also are very helpful when it comes to asking what's next or what information I have to send off for our house I am very happy with there services
