I am currently letting out 2 properties with Alex Jones. Ignore any negative comments, there is always 2 sides to every story. One of the tenants was a nightmare - didn’t pay voluntarily (thank you to his work for eventually paying us – embarrassing!), had pets (which I didn’t allow), rude, obnoxious, didn’t communicate, lie and were just a scruffy couple who did not clean or look after the house. Alex Jones successfully managed them and the situation with an excellent outcome which did not leave me out of pocket and the tenants moving out. They never took their eye off the ball. I know from using other Estate Agents in the past, Alex Jones did much more than others would. All 4 staff members are polite, friendly, professional (which with this couple I would have found extremely hard) and always kept me updated with the situation. I hope whichever Estate Agent gets ‘The Twits’ next have staff members who are willing to work just as hard as these guys!

Have my property in Ashton fully managed by Alex Jones and I'm very satisfied with the regular updates, inspections and maintenance work is completed in a timely manner. They are also cheaper than any agent I could find in the local area.

We have just bought a house through Alex Jones. Can't recommend them enough. Friendly staff, helpful all the way through the purchase and always available to help with any issues that came up. Would definitely use again.

BEWARE. This Firm will not release my Bond even though nothing is owed and are withholding information from the Deposit Protection Scheme !
