The cleanest my car has been since I bought it!! I was happily shocked when I got my car back, interior was spotless, car looked brand new, even got stains out of my seats from spilt water. Dog hairs practically gone and the outside was sparkling, almost didn't want to drive it so it didn't get dirty again.  Will definitely be a returning customer, worth every penny

Firstly it’s refreshing to find a kosher hand car wash being operated in a legal , ethical and transparent manner . It’s not the cheapest but I don’t select services by price but by ethics & professionalism .  Secondly, I needed to get my Wife’s Lexus cleaned inside and out as I’d been using it to transport our very large puppy who had been sick in the back and the vehicle needed a deep interior clean .  Opted for a platinum service which was 45 and done in 45 minutes. It looked as good as new again. The leather looked amazing and my Wife was incredibly happy .  Finally , it’s nice to support  a legitimate car wash , the franchise owned by UK Nationals , given many of these places have links to incredibly unsavory people/ groups . So whilst it’s a bit more expensive  because they are paying tax , pensions for their staff and fundamentally these guys ARE NOT literally a car wash / “ laundromat “ which unfortunately the vast majority are . I used Waves at Tesco today, really easy to book a slot online / via the app and payment taken automatically upon collection. Really professional service from the team down there, the staff are really nice and they did a top job on cleaning a car which was in serious need of a clean up! I was using their car wash very often, but they did price up twice in few months, went there Tuesday, asked about outside car wash, basic one as always. Have been waiting 1.5h as was really busy. When they finished took keys back and paid by contactless, didn’t ask about the price as was obvious £13! After that received message from bank that have been charged £18! Asked them why they said they’ve put vax to make it better, but sorry that they didnt double check - that’s not professional. Could pay in different car wash out and in for £20! How someone can decide for you how spend your money? Not recommend after that. We need trust each other.
