What a waste of £20 . Never used these before and won’t be bothering again. Paid for the gold outside and interior clean. Didn’t check job until I got home, which is only a mile away . Alloy wheels weren’t cleaned properly,old bird mess still on the roof ,interior doors and trim still dirty. Whilst the staff are pleasant I wouldn’t bother wasting money using this service again.
Paid for Premium cleaning, and to be honest, it left a lot to be desired. There was no finesse to the cleaning at all, and frankly, felt as if it had been rushed, despite waiting an hour. No evidence of any “finer detailing” of the plastics and bumpers whatsoever. I had to take the car back so that missed water marks and grime could be removed properly. For a “Premium” service, the wheel trims were also not cleaned satisfactorily. Also, disappointed to find permanent scuff marks on the glove box and central compartment, which weren’t there prior to the clean, though the manager insisted only a soft cloth had been used. The vacuuming wasn’t up to standard, with animal hair appearing in the boot and the rear seats despite me not being a pet owner! It was explained away as the previous valeting service having sprayed black over the dog hairs. I’m not so sure about that explanation… On returning home, I vacuumed the car over again, removing the odd bits of outdoor debris which really should have been removed first time. An extra 5 mins effort for a £50 service would have removed this. In conclusion, I’d say if you’re thinking of “Premium”, then save your money and take the time to do it yourself.
A 3 star rating but only just! I paid £20 for a valet on a Sunday knowing that I didn't expect it to be perfect as hadn't cleaned my car for a while. Didn't check it over when I paid and got home to see that some of the carpets had barely been vacuumed. Also the plastics on the interior of the doors had lots of stains on them. Ended up doing both when I got home. As well as a few other things. And am not even that picky . My advice is only use this place if you value the convenience of having your car washed while you shop and are therefore willing to accept an average job at best. And be sure to check the car over before handing your money over. So glad I didn't go for the premium service because if had paid double the price would have been twice as disappointed Services: Car waxing
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!! Never have I been treated so badly in my life by any service! I paid £20 for an inside and out clean only to get home and discover they had taken my house keys out of my car and had bumped the back of my car. So I had to go back to retrieve my house keys and explained I wasn’t happy with the inconvenience on top of which they had put a dent in my car. I was then met with such verbal anger from the woman who said she wasn’t accepting any of the things I was saying why would I lie?? And proceeded to slam my car door shut on me after lots of shouting at me. Absolutely appalling behaviour!! They all need to be educated in how to manage situations when they are in the wrong and treat their customers with some humility and respect. I would avoid at all costs. I’ve never experienced anything so bad as the attitude I got from this terrible place. And the clean wasn’t great at all! Never again!
Situated within the parking spaces of Tesco, its a good place to get the car cleaned whilst shopping. The staff are friendly and do a good job. Have had our car cleaned a few times there and they always did it well. They are efficient and helpful. Reasonable prices too. Would recommend.
Quick, efficient and a decent price. Mini valet for £10 is very thorough. Used Autoglym products as well.
Good worth £8 for outside car wash
Took my car here for the first time the other day, for a medium car, external and internal 'gold' service will set you back £14. I personally think this is a bit expensive but the guys do a really good job and did offer to do it next time for £12. Service is really quick and the guys are really friendly
