Absolutely disgusted at the service provided today. 

I attended the car wash and asked the gentleman to clean the opening of the door floor as well as washing the exterior of the car. If he was not able to provide this service he should have told me and I would have gone elsewhere. 

However instead he grunted something and then after spraying water on the car once he opened my drivers door and sprayed the water spray which ended up up all over my face, my clothes, my electronic leather seats, sound system on the side of the door and the buttons operating the electronics of my car on the steering wheel. 

After I told him he had wet my face rather than apologising he told me to leave. 

This is not the customer service I would expect from a car wash. 

I will be pursuing matters further.
