Never misses a heart beat. Can be very busy. I’ve never had a poor car wash here. Friendly staff. Might pay a little more than most. However this is the first place to clean my alloys correctly and not just the facia of them. Strongly recommend them.
Took my car for a valet following a recommendation, my car was filthy from gutting my garden, and my dog. I’m honestly gob smacked at the results, I didn’t really believe it could come up that clean, especially inside. I never write reviews but this service really does warrant a review. Fantastic job by the guys at Waves Hand Car wash near Tesco Extra in Poole. Weather had been awful and we were due to get on the ferry to Jersey with a very dirty car! What polite and courteous service. good instructions on where to park and explained the services they offer. Faultless. Would definitely recommend to anyone from the Channel Islands going on the ferry!

I went for the basic wash for £16 for my car size. I wa amazed at how thorough they were. My tyres and alloys look brand new. My car is gleaming. They had there work cut out as my car had so much Bird poo. Mud. And marks because I had not had it washed for a very long time. Really impressed.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to get my review published. This “business” is Dreadful. They only score they deserve is a big fat zero! Thought I’d have my car cleaned whilst I did my shopping in Tesco. I was quoted £26 I wanted the interior cleaned too.I agreed. I was told it would take about 45 minutes . When I arrived back to pay and to collect my car I was told they were too busy to do it. It hadn’t been cleaned .Yet there was only one car which they were cleaning when I left my car keys with them. Sheer laziness prevented them from doing it . Disgusted with them. Will now use Happy Hand car wash instead. Their loss.
