Appalling. Washed off with dirty leather leaving dirt smears. One wheel not tyre washed. All four alloys filthy. Some areas not cleaned off correctly. I do a better job myself. What am I paying them for?. Do not waste your money. Keep away. Chap with bandana who says he’s retired and doesn’t need to do this job. Best he stops and leaves it to some one who’s interested in doing a good job.
Always a hard working team doing a brilliant job at a reasonable price. Have taken our cars here for years and recently took our motorhome.A1 service. Came again Nov 22 some new faces. If anything their attention to detail has improved what was already good. It doesn't seem to matter how old, dirty or scabby your car is. Everyone gets the same level of loving !!
DONT GO HERE!!!!!! My partner has been using these people for years, new owners 6 months ago. He gave me £20 as that’s how much he pays. I’ve never used them before. I left my car with them, and I asked for inside and out. The man took my keys and said ok. I come back and one of the men says £30 I hand him my £20 cash and walk to get the extra £10. I thought this is too expensive so I called my bf and he said he’s NEVER paid that much. Whilst walking away, I saw him give the money to his colleague with a smirk on his face. I walk back and say, my partner usually pays £20, the man said “you asked for number 3” This was a complete lie, I didn’t know there were numbers, I didn’t look. They said I should ask for the number, so that completely contradicted their story. Also, the man should have asked me what number, I had no idea there was a numeric system He took my money and said ok ok don’t worry. I then checked my boot and they’d not even touched it. They said I should have asked for the boot to be done!!!! I got really annoyed because they blatantly saw me as an easy target, being a young female with a young baby. One of the men starts saying all kinds of lies and we start shouting at each other! I felt very vulnerable and upset. They’re liars and frauds! I AVOID AVOID AVOID
First time there and I’ll be coming back again. My car looks absolutely spotless and it only took them 20 minutes to finish it, highly recommended.

I highly recommend. I drive from Winton to get my car washed here as they do such a great job. Friendly & polite staff and it's good value: £15 for mini valet - really thorough clean inside & out. I've been ripped off at other car washes in Moordown, Hamworthy and Ferndown so will always use this one from now on Services: Polishing
