Booked an appointment. Waited around in wind and rain; no-one turned up. Called the manager; mobile phone, poor reception. Was apologetic but I couldn’t hear the reason for there being no staff. Got charged £40 quid said they'd do a good job, wheel trims still had dirt on, said it doesn't come off! Marks still on seat, still some traces of sand in the boot and dirt down the side of the seats. Told it'll be 1 hour, came back an hour 20 mins layer, they'd only just started! Feel like my 4 year old could have done a better job!Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Used for the first time today and we were delighted with this carwash service. The staff were friendly and polite and what a great job they made of of our very dirty and dog hairy car. Would highly recommend using this fantastic service whilst you shop.
Poor attention to detail and service offered not as expected. Wheels were left dirty along with some interior mud. Having spoken to the car wash in an attempt to rectify I was told 'your wheels were very dirty, we dont do wheel treatments' .... spend your £30 elsewhere.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Good car clean but ended up paying twice. Be aware that if u book via the app your card will be auto charged. I was asked to pay by the car wash staff too upon collection and have had to go back for a refund today due to auto charge of debit card. This should be made clear when booking via the app.
Booked a gold valet through the app for 4:30 last Wednesday. Drove all the way and then no one was there even though it was supposed to open until 5. Highly disappointed as it was a complete waste of time. Contacted customer services who apologised and said this had never happened before however they would contact me by e-mail to re-arrange however they have not contacted me since. Very poor service. Just to make anyone aware that when using the app it may not lead to a proper booking and it may end up being a complete waste of time like it unfortunately was for me.
Thank you guys, excellent job today on our Kadjar. Paid for the platinum service and can't fault them, cars never looked so good. Highly recommended and will be using them again
Best car wash in Plymouth by far. Customer service is excellent. My car has never looked so clean very impressed.
This is an excellent car wash, I use it all the time for my car and they really do clean it properly
