Damaged my car - attendant held pressure washer too close to my car and peeled the lacquer off the bonnet! Have filled out an incident form however this doesn't guarantee that they'll pay for the damage they caused.  Deeply disappointed as I have been here many times with the same car and although the clean is never perfect, they've never caused damage before.  I still have a damaged bonnet and have had to drive away hoping they accept responsibility and repair the £500 damage they caused today! Not happy at all
*updated* they denied it all so I'm having to pay for the damage they caused.  Years my family & I have bought our cars here.... And now not one of us WILL EVER return to this disgrace of a company and we've made others aware so they can also choose a better place to take their cars to be washed! Awful business - avoid at all costs!

*Update* This IMO car wash will be under new management as of Friday 18th August 2017. The new manager has past experience and holds great customer care skills. We will strive to provide a cleaning/valeting service to the highest of standards at competitive prices and will endeavour to assure that a great all round service is provided as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you have any issues with the wash quality you receive please return so we can resolve the issue
