Wouldn’t tell me how much it would be to wash the car, said they would do me a deal, I came back after my shop to be told it cost £20!! Just to wash the outside. Absolute scammers. Be warned. Avoid. Usually costs me £10 at most.
My car had been cleaned well, but on returning to my vehicle a part was missing from the front compartment. When challenged, they lied about a tom-tom connector being plugged in when I handed the car over. After standing my ground, one of the men walked over with somebody else's cigarette lighter cap. Wish I had taken photos of the interior and exterior beforehand. Do not expect to be stolen from and then made out to be a liar when trusting somebody to valet my car. We were also charged for a medium sized vehicle, despite owning a small hatchback. I have had good experiences at other Waves carwashes, but I will never be returning back to this franchise.
These guys really take time and do it properly, maybe people has changed bcos they were top notch yestertday

Car looked brilliant, but didn't drive forward so they could clean alloys properly
