I had a rude operator, after going there for some years all OK, all of a sudden I'm "banned" for letting my car coast slowly into the car wash without braking, as it says, "neutral and handbrake off", so I let it coast in and stop. He accused me of not braking, suddenly says without warning, "I do it every time". No idea what he's really saying in his broken English.

I said no brakes or handbrake like it says on the board, but he said I'm not welcome to come back again?

Don't get it TBH, as I'm doing what it says and not braking but let the car roll in. He says I'm going to break the machine!

Going elsewhere in future now!

Why has this happened to me. I'm sure I'm The only person in the UK banned from a car wash!

I will add I was only going at 1-2 MPH coasting in, and did as it said on the machine.

Also an operator was having a cigarette, and I could smell the smoke coming in the car, and on my clothes.

Car was cleaned outside very well and the staff were polite and friendly
