Last time I was there, really ok. But now - what can I say.... Nothing, as it's closed without any info why, when and if they're gonna be re-opened, simply - there was a hand car wash, only an office and equipment left. That's it for today. Will check within couple days
i have given a car for full in and out washing just now collected one of the useless car wash i have seen in united kingdom just want to make money without work these guys seriously not at all basic cleaning done inside and out side alloye wheels are also dirty i just parked in hindes road i was living opp to car wash first time i tried here i will defenitly not at all recommend this car wash instead i can clean like that in my home paying 25 pounds to them better put gas will go 2-3 days seriously disgusting
Service was amazing. Staff were very friendly and took care of my vehicle and completed the Platinum wash much faster than I thought, without skimping on quality. Manager in particular was very nice and I look forward to using Waves in Harrow again. Highly recommended. :
Good Car wash. I went in and the staff were really friendly. They are really pricy, but they do their jobs as well. They charge £17 for outside and inside plus interior polishing. Just outside the car and cleaning interior costs £10. You will get cheaper options but the other wash I tried the other day were not good. I see an lot of comments here for the prices. I was there for 30 mins as there was a queue, but was really surprised to see people coming in on BMWs Range Rovers and Mercs to bargain for 1 quid. Overall good place to go to if you want a good cleaning job. 4 stars because for £17, I want the car to be spotless, which was not the case for me.
Cat left dirty after 20 quid gold wash. Wheels were left full if dirt. Interior centre console left dusty. They were not that busy so I don't see why they did such a bodge job of it. Drive home and finished off what they missed.
The Previous comment is utter rubbish as I have had my car done there and was very happy with service provided. I have a Black BMW 8 Series for which I had asked for the Expensive Wax and my god the job they did was outstanding. I would recommend this car wash its pricey that's why it's not everyone.
Worst service. Didn’t wash the tyres, Didnt’t apply any shampoo. Asda car wash is far better than this.
Had it washed, came back after shopping paid £12, car still has patches of dried mud and dirt on sills and doors, wheels still black with dirt. Pointed it out to them and they pretended to be blind. Not busy, one other car getting cleaned and four staff. I eventually managed to get then to quickly hose it down and I then stood there with my cloth cleaning the entire car again myself as they looked on without offering to help or apology. Avoid waste of money car wash. Edited: I have had to add this ammendment here at the bottom after reading the company's completely flase reply! Complete rubbish about swearing and advertising another car wash lol what a joke. And if I was offered a refund do you think I would stand there all by myself having to clean it again. Their response is outrageous and sums up the service perfectly to be honest.
Looking at the previous reviews I was shocked to see that so many people had such negative things to say. But I've realized these reviews reflect the service given by previous management. I went to waves a few days ago for a quick clean and the service I was given was top notch. At the time they didn't take contactless payments and I had left my wallet at home so they let it slide for me and just asked me to pay the next time I was around. Trusting and friendly I would definitely go back there.Service: Polishing
Just had my car "washed" today. What a disrespectful service. Just after paying I noticed some dirty spots but when I looked at wheels..oh my gosh. Really? The "boss" apologized and asked 5 mins to clean the wheels properly when I was leaving. The car was there for 50mins already. I then went back and asked to clean the wheels again when I realized the roof was untouched. They started washing the whole car again and I even helped them to make it faster since I was already late. While they dried the car I wiped inside where was untouched as well and full of dust. The "boss" apologized few times but this shouldn't happen. I wasted time and money. After rewashing the car it still doesn't look good but definitely better than before. Never going back.
