Took my car here for a Gold Wash at the end of January. Car was vacuumed lovely inside and it looked clean and shiny in the outside. However, I had to clean the windows again myself because they were smeared and I couldn't see out of them. The wax or whatever they use to repel dirt on the body is horrible. Makes the car look and feel greasy when it gets wet. The windscreen is also smearing when I use the wipers and the area that the wipers do not reach is also filthy with waterey dirt marks. The carwash people also left my car in reverse gear with handbrake off when they parked it after the wash. Good job I noticed that before turning it on to drive it. Customer service is good, but the clean isn't great in my experience. Probably won't go here again. Instead I'll find a garage where I can jetwash the car myself.
Didn't do a very good job, smears left on bodywork and not vacuumed properly. And damaged my car. Definitely won't be using them again and would recommend people go elsewhere.Services: Polishing
Paid £25 for a wash, polish and clean Inside. When i challenged them that they hadn’t done the inside they said it was an extra £20 to clean the inside. Really? £20 to hoover and clean a dashboard? £45 is rediculous so I won’t be using this company again
Tell you it will be an hour then when come back say hour and half . Rude and service is extremely poor
Awful experience, several areas still dirty and left swirl marks all over a 2 week old car. Let the shampoo dry so the car was also covered with spotting. Don't take pride in their work, just a numbers game so avoid. Wish I cleaned it myself.

Never been truly happy with the standard of cleans here........ They have all of the kit to do a good finish..... But of the 8 to 10 times I've been there over the years, the final dry and shine lacks the final care. There's a couple of much better car wash places to visit in Dover.
