Absolutely woeful.  I paid £40 for the privilege of waiting over 90mins for a car clean, despite booking probably because there were only 3 employees??!!.  The inside was poorly vacuumed, rubbish was left in a door pocket and the polish was streaky.  I also overhead staff joking that they'd forgotten about one poor lady's vehicle and that she was still waiting after nearly 2hrs. Very overpriced for quality of work. As was raining was told couldn’t put wax on and instead they treated the leather  seats to a conditioning treatment. This wasn’t done. Poor car clean. Paid for Gold clean £27 inside and out. outside was no issue. Inside left dirty. Dust still in all fittings and none of the sides were wiped down. I had a request the team to reclean the inside which they did.

I took my car to clean from inside. 25 pounds but ok,I always clean my car myself but this time was really dirty and I couldn't do it. They did terrible job, passenger site wasn't hoover, mat was dirty and site of the door stil have mad on it,there were many places didn't look clean at all. This was the first and last time I took my car there. I use that car wash quite often simply because there is no other place in Cirencester. They ok when my car is wash but not great. Used to polish and Romanian were working there and they were a milion times better.
