Tread very carefully with this business as you might upset Vicky Pollard on the front desk. Despite the interior of my car being almost clean, I noticed a few marks on the outside. I asked if they could check CCTV without blaming them but according to Miss Pollard, she receives customers like me all the time. Thankfully her peers in the head office have more sense than she does if she even has any and are currently investigating.Services: Car waxing
Used it twice so far, once with my old car and again with my new car. Always a pleasant stress-free experience and my car comes out gleaming both inside and out. I also tried booking through the website which was a pain free experience and meant it was all paid for automatically using the card on my online account, making things even easier! The guys there are very friendly and work very hard to do a fantastic job. I'll be returning again in the future without a doubt!
Very pleased with the valet service lat weekend. The inside was so clean it seemed almost like new. I had one seat cleaned & would advise waiting for the warmer weather to have upholstery washed to speed up the drying process. My driver seat took 48 hours to fully dry.
Asked for £40 for a quick in and out job and a 2 hour wait. His colleagues were just chilling , they weren't that busy. Chavvy
Very quick and high quality service, 45 minutes at peak time on a Saturday for a £28 clean and wax. Car looks like new!
The quality of the car wash can't be faulted. The team did a great job cleaning my partner's car. One star dropped as it's a little expensive and the person taking the information about what to be done could have communicated a little better.
17 year old daughter was charged £25 for a Gold Wash and Valet. This is her first car. She was charged as a medium car but has a Ford Fiesta. Since when was a Fiesta a medium car? It only took them 30 mins but how can a thorough job like that be done in 30 mins? Work was very shoddy and she did not get what she paid for. The car was not waxed and polished like it says it is. The car was a bit cleaner inside than it was before but lots of things missed and were still a bit grubby. Definitely won't be using them again
Paid for a gold standard interior clean, came back to a broken in car mic, stain on the seat and the inside wasn’t clean! Mud on the floor and wiping my finger over the dash and door arm rests.. dirt. Very disappointed, will not be using again.
Took my company van in for a valet and left very dissatisfied. Although the outside was cleaned well the interior was really poor. I pointed this out and one of the guys came back and did a little more but still left very unhappy and £30 worse off. Will not be returning
Me and the owner robbed some dusty yout waiting to get his car cleaned 10/10 got 50 pounds out of it
