The cars always look in fantastic condition after visiting the Bar Hill Waves car wash - my family and I have been using this car wash for many years and every time the service is excellent, they go above and beyond to make the cars look amazing! Do not use Waves car wash at Tesco Bar Hill! Disgusting service. Three damages received to my car . 1 - boot handle smashed off leaving it impossible to open boot. Tried to suggest it was already like that until I pointed out that they had opened it as the boot had been hoovered. In fairness they did arrange transportation for me to and from work and get it replaced. 2 - smashed a large chunk off one of my door speakers. Their repair pictured was superglue and black sharpie, I asked for a replacement. 3 - on collection, after first repairs, I then noticed the back wiper had been broken off. The owner accused me of ripping it off myself in front of him! At this point I confess I lost my temper and raised my voice and used the F word three times. The owner also was pressuring me to sign a blank piece of paper which I refused. At this point the manager came over and together they were very intimidating and stated I’d just damaged my own car. I’m not a person who gets easily threaten but I told them I wasn’t happy they were both arguing with me and I felt ganged up on. I told them I was locking myself in my car and calling my husband. The worst thing was the managers attitude and threats. He was openly racist towards me saying things like “ you don’t look like your from around here anyway”. “ you’re not from here”. We were also threatened with “I have your address and will get you” and “I know where you work”. The absolute worst thing to me was that they openly accused me of operating a car wash rip of scam and said they have evidence that I’ve done this before with my last scam being at the A14 handwash and that I’m recognised! Also a rewash had to be done because the first wash was awful, still dirty and the inside not cleaned properly. Do not use this people!!

I used the Bar hill Branch at Tescos and it was horrible. I paid 35 pounds for interior and exterior car wash gold. I had to clean the car inside again after I got back home because they even didn’t bother wiping the chairs in the back. That and I did find some light scratches on the car when I picked it up. Absolutely will never go back again. Avoid

Absolutely superb service, made my 09 plate Honda look as good as new. The guys were really friendly and nothing was too much. Would highly recommend.Services: Polishing

First of all, they charged me for a medium car even though my car is small but then what they explained that it’s for smaller cars so I assumed that they mean a smart car. They have told me in advance so I accepted that as I didn’t want to go out of Bar Hill since I live there. I paid for gold so £25 but then I could see they haven’t cleaned around the handles and they didn’t clean the back of the seats where my nieces left their feet prints. I was disappointed with their service really.I won’t be going back there
