We have taken our car here today and upon collection an hour or so later it was discovered our £300+ car key had “been given to another customer”. Initially we were told it’s “on the dashboard” or our own car, which in itself, had it been the case, is also u acceptable!!!!!! No clarity on what exactly has happened, and no idea who, if anyone, the car key has been given to!!!! 5 days before Xmas, this is not something anyone needs. Please do not use this car wash for your own sake!!!!
