Negative experience today at this car wash. My partner pulled over before we entered the queue to ask a member of staff who was nothing but polite, if they took card payments, to which we were told yes. We then carried on until we saw the car in front of us get told they couldn’t pay by card and had to pay cash which they did. We then asked the same member of staff if we could pay by card and he said yes a second time, but we’re told rudely by the ‘boss’ no card payments only cash. We told him we were told by his member of staff that card was accepted and there were signs stating so that we had no cash, and wouldn’t have entered the queue otherwise. He then went into the office and pulled out a card machine!!! He was intimidating and rude and their car wash service will not be used again! Will go else where for better service!

Disgusting behaviour from the man working there!!! The man was annoyed when I ask to pay by card and tutted at me when I had to insist I didn't have cash. Then the car wash it self obviously had a technical problem and kept stopping. The man kept banging on my window shouting at me to drive forward, not asking but aggresivily shouting. At one point he got cross insisting I had the car in gear. When I told him it was in neutral, he said it was as he can see and continued to berate me. It was a terrible experience, I was left panicking in the car, if there wasn't another car in front I would have driving straight through. Never ever will i go there again!!

This car wash is only good for daily drivers that you don't care about. Please for the sake of your paintwork, take my advice and NEVER take anything decent here as the brushes will do a lot of clear coat damage. Swirl marks and scratches are particularly noticeable on darker cars and can be very difficult to remove. I made this mistake last year with a new black car and I will never do it again. It's not a bad car wash if you have an older cheaper vehicle, but nice cars is a no no.

Good quality car wash and reasonable prices. You get a pre wash by hand then car wash.

RUN AWAY FROM HERE - As a Obviously DISABLED person, I Profer this: Yesterday after using on an almost weekly for 2 Decades as Usual I paid £8.50 for the wash - prewash done as I rolled on and went forwards it became obvious that the Horizontal roller was not working it did not touch the Front,Bonnet, Roof or Back of my car - However it did HOTWAX AND BAKE DIRT TO MY VEHICLE, I drove back round to the front and as I believed I had a good relationship with the tall Middle aged Man with Grey Curly Hair, I approached him and the 2 Men standing with him- I said "The wash isn't working properly, the Roller is not touching" He just looked at me waved his hand and said "My bit is pre wash we did that .You ring Company get money Back from them, It is Machine not me" I then said quite correctly "No you cannot expect me to leave then try and obtain a refund from a Third party". All 3 Of these large men then started to Cajole and Bully me telling me to leave and I was not welcome anymore and I would get no money back. The Youngest tallest Man Then got right in my face waving his hands in an ominous way right in front of my face, When I said Don't Threaten me or touch me" he responded with "what you gonna do"? I said "call the police" he Laughed and said They do Nothing we got 4 as witnesss, you one" So I went back to my car got in it and locked doors and stayed across entrance to wash bay - I explained I would not move until I got my refund. Once again I got tall Curly chap laugh at me and SHouted at me "You get nothing, you go now not come back" - Let me Now say I contacted company YESTERDAY and have had no Response DO NOT USE THEY WERE AWARE THE MACHINE WAS FAULTY AND CONTINUED TO sell a bad wash as a saleable service - As I am a disabled person and in no way able to defend myself I found the whole episode Frightening and Threatening - I believe their behaviour to be contrary to any form of good practice and to be intimidatory to the point of Illegal - NO WAY TO RUN A CARWASH
