I know I only paid for a basic wash but is expect that the car would at least be clean. Instead it had bits of bird poo and dirty water tracks where it wasn't rinced properly. Will need another complete clean.

Second time that I tell them that is NHS discount and they ignore it and charge you full price and lie saying that they have applied the discount. Terrible

SHOCKING - DAMAGE TO CAR ......took car in for wash and valet and it came out with chunks of rubber gouged out around the window and black residue all down door. Franchisee denies all responsibility. Normally the service is cash onlypresumably for tax purposes - luckily I insisted on card so I have a receipt and photos which match - trading standards will be contacted ...  .....but BEWARE if using this serviceService:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Overpriced at £15 and didn't do a good job.. missed quite a few bits and hardly hand dried anywhere leaving those dreaded streaks and swirls hand drying is supposed to stop.. not happy and won't return or recommend.

I run a valeting company......  I was parked in tesco baby part when they where doing a Blue BMW drying it off dropping clothes on floor and carrying on using them. Thats shocking on a brand new less than 6 month old car ...........

Great job on cleaning my car, inside and out, polishing it to a top finish. Brilliant. Thank you.
