The driver left a farm field gate and lane gate open after delivery today. Not delivered to the farm but a neighbour
the only way to order is by phone and it can take ages before they answer, it was 19 minutes for me just now. They are vague as too when they will deliver, it is the 13th of December and I'm told it will be anytime before the 4th of January. They take your card details but say they won't take the payment until after the delivery. They do not tell you what it will cost. they will not send an email to confirm anything until after delivery.
Phoned up this morning, requesting a delivery, excellent service from the office staff, just had a call off the driver asking what time is best as he wants to start early, I'll have the kettle on for 0630 in the morning. Really can't fault service like that !!
Terrible firm best avoided. Very unreliable with delivery, then when I phoned to complain they accused me of owing them money and said that was why the fuel had not been delivered. Advised them I did not and they said they would look into it and call me back, they didnt!!
Never had to fault there service nor have i had any trouble with deliverys. I recommend
Spot on delivery, driver very polite. Highly recommended.
