why be 24hrs when i stopped by to get some food on a long shift delivering the person in the garage ignored me?? this was 3:04am on 4th october pointless been 24hrs if your not actually gonna serve someone i was in a mcqueens van knocking on the window.
DO NOT use this place for amazon returns, I had a parcel to return, I requested a return on amazon who told me it was free, it gives you many options off where to drop it off, I chose Hermes collection, in which you wrap the parcel, show the cashier the code you get sent by amazon and that’s it, they do the rest, until you go here.nnThey told my partner to use the machine which charges £2.95? He told them no it’s free and shown the cashier the proof on amazon yet wouldn’t budge and insisted he use the payed machine! I called the shop when my partner returned and asked what on earth they were playing at, they blatantly denied doing this even with 5 minutes not passing of them saying so! I told them I will be reporting them to amazon which I did.nnAmazon were apologetic and said that the parcel should of been returned free, let us keep the item with a full refund and are now investigating this shop nnStay away from these scammers!
The Manager of this Petrol station is an absolute disgrace and so are some of the colleagues that work thier. The manager is a complete bully that picks on his staff or make them do impossible over time work shifts. Hes very rude and has harassed one of the ex colleagues out of hours and message at inappropriate times. The messages are very unprofessional and very judgemental this is bullying in the workplace and I will not tolerate it one bit!! After the messages I have seen I am disgusted with the behaviour of the manager of this petrol station. I will be writing to the head office aswell reporting all the bullying that has gone on in this petrol stations. I will keep reporting this place to its its official shutdown. Staff members are to be treated with rights not to be bullied!!.
