Took in my 9 year old Toshiba laptop when hard-drive seized-up and became totally un-usable. Custom IT loaded a new drive and operating system, plus windows 10 - giving it a new lease of life and working as good as new, for a fraction of the price of a new laptop. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.
I had a concern that Malware/Virus had unintentionally infected my laptop. I took it to Mike and his team and they checked it out fully and returned it to me within 1 day. Lots of questions were asked by me which were all fully answered in a professional and polite way. Very impressed all round. Colin
I have a good spec but ageing Acer laptop which was running very slowly, I took it into Custom IT Solutions who replaced the hard drive with a 480gb SSD. The service was friendly, helpful and professional and the changeover was completed within the same day. The laptop has a new lease of life and is now running quicker and better than it ever has. At £135 I have saved hundreds of pounds had I replaced the machine with a similar spec new one. I have used this company before and would recommend then without hesitation.
I first became a customer in December 2020 and have been VERY impressed by the service provided. Prices are clearly advertised and, unlike many similar companies, they did NOT try to sell me anything l did not need for my own purposes. A back up service is available and it is re-assuring that the staff are there for any issues l may have and my various questions have always been answered without delay. I have been into the shop and the staff are very customer friendly and helpful. It is companies like this that will always get my custom as, once l have discovered a company that l consider worthy of my custom and Customer IT Solutions most certainly are in my opinion l will remain loyal to them. Their prices, across the board, are very reasonable and the option of them carrying out the work is ALWAYS left to you to decide.. Went in to buy a new laptop but they convinced me they could upgrade my old slow one to work like new. Ready next day and the difference is phenomenal. Saved me money. Great service.

Mike was very helpful when I rang and explained what I needed from a laptop. After viewing 2 laptops through shutters I went home had a think and then paid over the phone. Nice not to have any hard sell. Within 24 hours got a shiny new laptop, all set up and ready to go even for a technophobe!
