On purchasing a new laptop and requiring assistance on setting it up, I consulted the Yellow Pages and found PC Repair Southend. Conveniently, Garry Steel lived a few minute walk away  and I rang him. Garry visited my address and assisted in setting up my laptop. I found Garry to be very punctual, friendly and professional, and would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Having decided to replace my ageing PC, I was not sure where to go for guidance and reliable service.  Garry came highly recommended by a friend and he certainly exceeded all expectations.  He sorted everything out and had it all up and running very quickly.
He spent time explaining anything I was unfamiliar with and even helped my wife with an email problem on her tablet - totally beyond the call of duty!
Will definitely return to him  for future requirements and wholeheartedly recommend.

I contacted PC Repairs when my pc ground to stand still.  Garry was very efficient. My pc was ready to collect the following day. Whilst he worked on it he kept me informed of what was needed and expected cost. Even visited st home when I had a further query. Very patient with all my rambling. Thank you

Garry was very generous with his time and advice in relation to my elderly Dad's PC, going to look at it in situ and then when it turned out to be beyond repair providing knowledgeable advice on a replacement that would suit Dad's needs.  He was friendly and easy to communicate with throughout, and he will definitely be our first port of call when further help is needed.  I recommend him very warmly.
