Not happy with service provided. 1. She is overcharging. Long established law firm with reputation in Camden would be charging you about £150 per hour, while Wates are charging more than this and claiming you will NOT find anyone with more competitive prices, which is NOT true. 2. She is unable to give straight answers to simple questions asked. I suspect this is due to lack of knowledge. Moreover, one day she is claiming one thing, another day she is claiming another. She is trying to convince you how the matter is complicated, while it is simple and doesn't offer clear steps to take. 3. One the positive side, yes, she is quick to reply. If you want proper service better look for another solicitor.

Phoned them up and asked if they do wills , the very curt Secretary told me that they do and there will be a 150 pound charge before the price of the will as they dont give free advice, I obviously declined their services.
